Good location, limited but good, secure and free parking, friendly and helpful staff. The black young lady at the overnight reception was pleasant, informative, personable and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom/toilet tho small were clean. Coffee, milk, tea and biscuits were provided. The place was easy for me to find and I had a good night’s sleep.

Great location. Interesting historic hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurant - food excellent including breakfasts. Clean rooms Parking not too far - we used Endeavor wharf long stay.

. En-suite tiny and would benefit from being a shower rather than a bath & needs some tlc. But not too bad and sure this will be sorted soon.

It was very close to the hospital, and easy walk to town centre. Clean well maintained and well equipped. Very efficient service too.

Host did not available when we arrived as promised-did not answer our phone calls. Therefore, we waited outside for a while to get in. The answer host gave not satisfactory. Inconvenient location, no restaurants around. But there is a bus to the city in front of the house. No house keeping for all 3 days we stayed. Difficult to open/close the front door, no lock on the room door. Steep stairs to the room-hard for going up and down. Breakfast is below average.
