Excellent location and price, 20min walk to Camden Town and 5min to Euston station. Our apartment was in the basement level with outdoor terrace and it was really small, but nice and clean, bed not very comfortable, but it depends on your preferences. The bathroom is so small that you have to sit on the toilet sideways and can’t wash your face in the sink. The kitchen is really old and shabby, but functional with a big sink, tiny fridge, toaster, kettle, hob, oven and microwave. The walls are paperthin and doors do not have any sound proofing so you need earplugs. There's laundry facilities and WiFi. Despite all of this, we will definitely choose the same place during next visit.

Nicely decorated studio in a quite neighborhood, but at the same time, very close to the city centre and main of the city attractions (everything is walkable). Easy check in and check out and great customer service with several upgrade options available. Despite the communications could seem a bit overwhelming with many rules to follow at the beginning, in practice, everything went well and smooth.

The amenities are too limited in numbers, having just two units of household items i.e. plates, cutlery or courtesy sachets of sugar / coffee. No shower gel, shampoo or hair dryer available in the bathroom which makes the experience less enjoyable.

It was a small room but adequate for a single person. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and had a major bonus of French doors opening on to a little balcony. The location was great, less than 10 minutes walk from Plymouth Hoe. Breakfast was lovely and all in all great value for money.

Location, so close to city centre, shops, river etc Hotel has been renovated to a very high standard, outside 'beer garden' is lovely. Staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. We will be back

The room we were given catered for our needs, both of us very tall and we were given a room in the new wing. Enormous bed and very comfortable.

I wasn’t completely in love with the dinner/timing but I guess the outside tippy really put pressure on the team

Sadly tho - which was understandable, is the morning I got up to go get some breakfast,I think they were short staffed that morning to serve food really....but ! I did have some breakfast anyways as it was self catering soo in that respect they did excellent 👌🏼 regardless of how busy it was. So well-done guys and hats off to ya!

Plenty of parking and we had a good view. The evening food was okay.

The room was very tired and in need of a complete refresh. The breakfast could have been a bit hotter.
