  The room was beautifully decorated and furnished in a tasteful, contemporary style. The big bathroom was glorious, with a lovely shower, and the plush towels and robes were a bonus, as were the regular bottled water refills. The room was very comfortable and clean, and was made up promptly every day. Communication with the owners was great and they were accessible and friendly. The property is just outside of Tenby's busy main streets but a very short and easy walk to all facilities - beaches, shops, restaurants, car park etc

  It would have been nice to have had the TV with regular terrestrial channels - this set up assumes you have your own access to streaming platforms.

  Really helpful. We were on foot and delayed beyond kitchen service time but the manager ensured we had a cold meal kept for us and the bar was available even when we were the only customers. Very comfortable night and an excellent breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more.

  Everything! The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was fresh and really good. The hotel had a lovely welcoming feel but the staff really made our stay great. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all so friendly. Will definitely be going back!

  The hotel was very convenient, the rooms were located across the road in a converted bungalow .The rooms were clean but a little small The Indian restaurant was excellent

  Hard to get served at the bar - bar staff elsewhere and they didn’t have any clean glasses Location not half a mile from O2 as expected but a train and tube journey. Car park £30 for a night seemed very expensive
