Location was fantastic. Building was beautiful and our apartment clean and well appointed. Liked the decor and decoration too. The washing machine was helpful. Cooking facilities adequate Large bath and shower were very nice and the bed super comfy. The spacious hallway meant the whole apartment was well proportioned and pleasant to spend time in. The cafe was excellent, with a good range of delicious breakfast / brunch and the staff team were super nice. The bar space was vibrant and there was plenty of welcoming space to sit when you arrived and to wait for people.

The lighting was quite dim. The kitchen area was especially dark and needs more light. The microwave was too low down and not easy to operate. I had to sit on the floor to use it! It should be above a smaller fridge (which was over large): fridge could be under the counter level. The sofa looked great but wasn’t that comfy for two people. The club under the building was v noisy Saturday night - which I didn’t mind as added to atmosphere! Was glad I was on third floor though!!

Everything, especially how good their system for checking in works to getting the code & wifi via their website communication. The property was well equipped & has exceeded the decoration/furniture.

The room smelled really bad and there were stains on the floor and the walls. The window was unable to shut and it was stuck open . I was unable to shut it. It was left open all night.

Dirty rather than old …cobwebs. Filthy grouting on shower- mush mash of old furniture - barely opening wardrobe. Thoughtless and not 4*. Uncomfortable lumpy old pillows Noisy room - no insulation Not 4* more 2/3. Never trust booking.com ratings again

I requested a room with two single beds 2 months before my arrival. We got a small room with 3 single beds, no chair, no suitcase space, and no room to move around. The "full breakfast" was just passable. We requested a poached egg, a fried one arrived, the tomato was half cooked, and the mushrooms tasted liked canned.

We arrived Friday, there was a kettle however no teabags, coffee. They did put some in the room for Saturday evening when we got back. We were put in room 16, top floor, the bedside light didn’t work, the light above the bathroom mirror didn’t work, the shower was either freezing cold, or scolding hot, or even the water stopped running through the shower head. We asked for room refresh, and it was done somewhat, they didn’t put another toilet roll in bathroom, luckily someone in our group had some toilet paper. We have stayed here on 2 other occasions, so it was a disappointment on this visit,
