I felt indulged the whole time! The staff, the care, the attention to detail, the food, the building, the Pavilion (where we had our meetings) were all definite plusses. My room was lovely—and a great touch was the coffee machine; no nasty instant stuff here! It was good to have so much storage space and such a lovely shower. I had left my washkit at home; this was no matter as shampoo, etc., was supplied, and within a few minutes of ordering a toothbrush and toothpaste via the hotel's online app, the lovely concierge delivered them to my room. The grounds were pretty. I eat gluten-free, and that was cheerfully accommodated.

My room was only just warm enough. Unseasonably cold air was coming in through a window that didn't quite fit. (The blind needs replacing, as I couldn't move it, and there is a tear in it.) I was in the Dahlia room. Many hotels now supply mini-fridges. (Just saying—I didn't need one this time.) The bar/less formal dining room was a bit cool, too, but that aside, it was a nice place for a relaxing drink and a less formal supper. The gluten-free bread was uninteresting and dry but okay - and the rest of the delicious food made up for it.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable although bathroom was a little cramped. excellent breakfast well cooked. great location in centre of town, appreciated the bottles of water provided

Quiet, close to beach but unfortunately we cannot rely on the British weather. But I can see the attraction during the 2 weeks of sun per year. Had EV charging at the hotel which is a good bonus.

Nothing really. The plus of being away from downtown could also be a negative but I choose this location because I felt it would be quieter

The staff were brilliant so friendly.and helpful. Free secure parking and WiFi. Breakfast was lovely aswell. Power shower and lovely view from our room.

No manager on site as I needed a refund for an error on the breakfast booking and was told I'd have to wait till Monday even though I left Sunday morning so wasn't happy about that . Place needs an update on deco
