for us for our needs the location was perfect as we were driving and parking was nice and easy at the caravan too we had a car and trailer which fit easily at the side of the van, I loved the idea of leaving food behind for the next people who stayed great to have things you dont think about like salt, but we took our essentials tea coffee milk sugar and got microwave meals locally one we arrived on site, the van was very well equipped with a nice kettle toaster & air fryer microwave all the pots and pans you could want & crockery a bit short on Cutlery but enough for us as we were only two people we had a lovely stay & the owners were very communitive making our stay a nice experience.

finding the van was a bit tricky as the way the park had numbered the vans was a little strange but the WAZE App seemed to have it sussed so it wasn't too difficult once we used that

Only downfall no breakfast, but the staff were fab and friendly, customers coming in were very friendly, meal was good, Euros on so we watched englands first match. under new management and we go to there other pub when we’re in saltburn, very relaxing and am sure as they start to get everything in order to what they want it’ll be even better, it’s a lovely village.

We were upgraded to have free complementary breakfast which was very kind. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The location was good, close to the centre, although this also meant it could get loud during the night. The room was fairly big and the bar remained open until late.

The entrance gave me hope that the hotel facilities wouldn’t be as old and worn out as the exterior appears but the rooms were indeed disappointing. They were clearly worn out and we were also not satisfied with the cleanliness level. There was a single pillow per person which was not hard so the sleep was uncomfortable. The corridors smelt like garbage and toilets… It was bearable as it was only for a night but not sure if I could do this for longer.

Lovely clean home. Spacious, warm, kitchen amenities excellent. Welcome pack excellent and thoughtful. Great location for sight seeing and good taxis to Portree for dinner Beds really comfy too.

Quaint English style building with lovely staircases and high ceilings. Good sized room for London. A closet with lots of coat hangers was fantastic and the bed was fine.

It is a little tired as compared to the photos, especially the bathroom. It was also annoying there was no normal Power point in the bathroom, only a shaving one. Makes doing your hair very difficult.

I had a long stay and after a couple of nights I couldn’t understand why the bed was so uncomfortable as it had a separate pillow top for padding and it’s a recently new apartment! After inspection it turned out the mattress was upside down with the springs showing! So after flipping the mattress the right side up it was much better!
