Positive section of review
The room was sufficiently spacious, cozy, and clean. The description was true to expectations. The check-in procedure was extremely precise and accompanied by videos. The owner personally ensures that everything goes smoothly. The location is very good: about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, a 10-minute walk from Oval metro station, and a 15-minute walk from Vauxhall metro station, so not bad.
Negative section of review
The common areas, especially the shared bathroom and the shared shower, could have been cleaner. This definitely depends on the courtesy of other guests but also on the cleanliness and general conditions, which were only adequate. The soundproofing is not the best even with the window completely closed. However, this did not affect the overall success of our stay and was acceptable at the end of the day.

Nothing really to dislike. Ensuite hot tap wasn't working properly, but I forgot to mention it as it didn't spoil my stay.

The room had no drawers. The toilets in the restaurant need updating. There was a fusty smell in the corridor to the toilets.

Bathroom not practical and durty ( rust, mould) the shower box in one of the two rooms I stayed at is so small and had rusty soap holder you bang your head every second or tume you move.

air con didnt work on a boiling hot day, was given a fan but didn't help. No milk for tea left in my room when we got some from reception it was a month out of date Breakfast very very basic for the price, they even hid the little tubs of Nutella, kids recived 1 each. paid extra for hot breakfast that wasn't much better either for the price of it

Asked for disability room but even though it was ground floor bathroom wasn't good as had bath with shower over so couldn't use it and there was alot of building work going on outside taking up space in carpark etc. which we weren't told about

The flooring needs replacing as sleep was continually disturbed by any movement from the floor above.The old floorboards must GO!!!
