The room was exceptionally clean and very lovely decorated. The breakfast was really good, if there was good coffee and fresh juice it would be fantastic. Lots of secure free parking

There was a mix up at checkin where I was given keys to room that was occupied, I disturbed the person staying in the room by walking in on them as they were getting out the shower which was embarrassing and I apologised and went back to reception and was given a different and this time empty room but I would have liked to receive an update on the startled guest to let me know that it was explained that it wasn't my fault.

All clean, comfortable, well equipped. Location excellent. Quiet, pleasant and relaxing area. Easy access to walk to the many interesting sites in York.

It’s not so private as it next to path to the Win Hill and people can easily see you in the garden. Also bit of suege smell outside.

The size of the room! Compared to the rest in London, this hotel gives me some fresh air to breath.

The amenities are a little fall back compared to the rest of London. There's no lotion, comb, etc. that are usually available in most 5 star hotel. Prepared yourself to brings your necessary items when you are here!

*There was no privacy when using the toilet in our room, you can actually just skip the glass walls. *The bed was not large at all, too small for two persons(my teenager has the same size). *Your staff made our bed everyday, which was nice but no dusting or vaccuming(the room probably to small to fit a vaccum), dust everywhere(you could see it swirling around in the light). *The breakfast was good but not many items to choose from.

No on site reception. Door code was a problem. NO free T.V unless you subscribed. NO instructions for appliances. Bed was soft. Cooktop had a crack in it.
