We loved the peace and quiet and the lovely owner Jodie who was very friendly The dairy is set in a lovely little village just a15 min walk to a beach It has everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay Bed really comfy If I could score higher I would definitely a 10 all round

I arrived early, but was immediately checked in and able to put my luggage in the room, freeing me to go sightseeing. I had been moved to a "smaller" room because of a plumbing issue and was given a lower rate without asking. I thought the room was very nice.

Not really something I didn't like, just advice: The proprietor is very busy running the pub, which is not a complaint given her great attention to helping me when I arrived. Complete instructions are provided on a card in the room--just be sure to read them carefully when you arrive in terms of meals, getting in and out, etc.

Great location to visit the local sights and to visit Seahouses and Bamburgh. Hospitality second to none. Lovely staff nothing too much trouble . Breakfasts & dinners of the highest quality.
