The location was nice , not too far from everything we needed . The breakfast was delicious . Good gluten free options for my partner . We will definitely be back if we are in the area again . The bed was so comfy and it’s very quiet considering our room was at the front .

The postcode on Google maps sends you to Kell Lane, which is unnecessary . I didn't check for a what 3 words, but expect it would have been more accurate . Ended up at Shibden Hall Inn and had a coffee there , before eventually finding my way back to stump cross

Good choice if food at tge help yourself buffet and on the made to order menu. Coffee is average and only semi-skimmed milk available, although a couple of dairy free opens could be found at the help yourself buffet. The restaurant surroundings are lovely.

The bar menu is super expensive for what you get. My 4 year old had chicken and fries from tge kids menu and it literally came with half a dozen french fries, no veg. The adult bar menu has a decent range of options but it is pretty expensive for what you get. Something to think about if you're not on a dinner bed & breakfast rate

The room advertised was not what I received upon arrival, however I asked the receptionist if there was something else available and I was not disappointed I was put in an extra large family room with a balcony above the reception area.

I thought the drinks selection in the bar was poor and the quality of the beer was not great, also the burger and chips I had was not great, but it done a job for 1 night.

Spacious and comfortable bedroom, clean and well equipped with en-suite bathroom, plenty of tea and coffee and a continental style breakfast, with lots of choice.

Cheap accommodation. Close to the motorway, so easy to find. The young lady, who let us in, was very helpful with directing us to Leeds Central.

The room was cold. The shower curtain kept falling down. There were hairs in the bathroom sink and on the shelf, which weren't ours! The mugs in the room needed washing. The door wouldn't stay shut, unless it was locked. The light fitting above the bed was hanging off.

The staff were very good and most helpful, the breakfast was excellent with plenty of food.

The Hotel could do with a good refurbishment, having said that there was scaffold being put up to decorate the outside. I don't think the pictures on the advert gave a true account.

Room service for meals - did not like that there was a charge for delivery of tray to the room Car park very busy, still able to find a parking space, even though extra charge for parking, which should not have been the case
