Lovely rooms, the overall hotel was lovely and clean with a lovely perfumed scent. Selection of snacks etc if you’re feeling peckish at reception. Staff helpful 4 min walk to Watford junction, if your going to Harry Potter studios then I would fully recommend staying here you can get the bus from Watford junction price is included in your ticket.

bathrooms were not 100% clean, grubby round soap dispensers and sink. Shower curtain was too short, the beds were very uncomfortable.

I stayed a week earlier and had a great room and visit. This time I was given a tiny room that smelled smoky/musty, and much lower standard for £100 more than I had paid a week earlier. It appeared to be for a single person although reception after initially saying it was single backtracked saying it had a double bed.

How much the flat felt like a home away from home. The shower was amazing. The coffee etc and the soap left were lovely little touches.

Was very disappointed when we turned up and the carpark had spaces but the electric car charging spaces was taken by none electric cars so we couldn't charge our car. Also I would of liked to be shown around as I couldn't see any way out to the back
