The location of this property was close to perfect. It was a couple of minutes to the harbour and restaurants and pubs, and about a minute to the bus stop (with a frequent all-day bus to Newlyn and Penzance if you didn't want to walk there or back). It had off-street parking and a 7 kW car charger, so we took our electric car down, which was great. There was a decent sea view, so we watched Salonian off to Scillies and back. The beds were really comfy and big (6 foot), and having two beds was ideal for when one of us was having a poor sleep (which happens when you get older). Decent garden as well. Overall a cosy upmarket property that contributed to one of our best holidays ever.

There were a couple of rugs that were trip hazard for us as they rucked up, so we rolled them up and put them away. The one thing that was missing from the well-equipped kitchen was an omelette pan. There was a huge frying pan that was oversize for the induction hob that would not serve.

Breakfast was well cooked, and a nice variety Room was very comfortable and enough room for 1 adult and 2 children it was also a quiet room unlike some hotels which are noisy with doors closing ect. The staff were great, very friendly and professional.

No Marmalade for toast but an abundance of honey, room windows were dirty. Wifi single was low

Lovely friendly place. Spotlessly clean and in a beautiful location. Sharon couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and relaxed and the breakfasts were great!

Matresse on beds were too thin. Frosted glass around shower & toilet was unusual, but it wasn't a huge deal.

The bedroom itself was a good size and the bed was pretty comfy

The TV wasn't working properly you the remote wasn't linked to the TV so you couldn't do anything with it, the bathroom was also a real let down. Rust in the plug and around the taps in the bath, the shower hose looked like it was about to fall off and the bathroom itself was very small and cramped.
