  Room was everything we could ask for perfect for our football tournament to recover and rest. Two staff members were great, may have been the owner and daughter maybe.

  Stay was a saturday night and it was busy with locals which had the bar and restaurant staff busy and moody, Asked one lad if he could clear the table for us and he couldn't even open his mouth to say yes he just looked at me and the tapas wasn't that great

  We had tickets for a concert at Royal Albert Hall & the location of Hotel was perfect for the venue.

  First impressions weren't very good the pillars by the entrance have paint flaking off. Our room was somewhat small but very clean, couldn't get the hair dryer to work very well, did mention this to the cleaning lady but just got a shrug of the shoulders, maybe she didn't understand! We stayed at this hotel a few years back, but felt this time that it was looking very tired, the furniture in the room was old, it needs some TLC and I'm sure it could still keep it's character.
