Positive section of review
While it is not in central London, it's in zone 3 not far from the center. It is well located, close to tube station, not far from Heathrow airport (one direct tube line), and many budget stores and restaurants around. The room is clean. The shared kitchen is very useful and much appreciated. There is a washing machine with a reasonable cost, very convenient. If you can, bring some detergent in a small bottle. You can also buy the detergent, not expensive but you probably won't be able to use it all. Because it is not in the center, the price of the hotel is very good. The savings from the hotel can be used for other activities, e.g. a day trip outside London or a good meal in a fancy restaurant.

The hotel is not new. The insonorisation is not perfect. However, the guests in general are very discreet and respectful. The room and the washroom are not big but sufficient to accommodate us with enough storage place.

The hotel was absolutely spotless. The staff are constantly cleaning and making sure you have answers to any questions.

I think maybe a small table and chairs in the rooms so that if you do make something to eat you don’t have to sit in the communal kitchen.

Host is a genuine fraud and has misled us initially in terms of issue resolution. Not at all responsive other times. Doesn’t have even basic values and decency. Property smells , not at all airy. Not for families with children Out of gas on first day and no gas heating available for the 2nd and 3rd days
