Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good size room, good size bed. Lovely room. Good quality bedding meant I had a great night's sleep, which I hadn't had in a long time. Great having a bar attached, although we didn't get the opportunity to try it, but it seemed pleasant. Really peaceful and calm environment.

The toilet didn't always flush. The receptionist almost charged me twice. The bedding smelt a bit, but I think that's the disinfectant used to wash them, so that was acceptable. Also, too many messages asking me for extras. There should be an option to say no because I knew that we were literally only staying for a few hours and leaving before breakfast,so there was not any opportunity for anything else.

it was open 24/7. the rooms are of average size. good shower. the staff were very friendly and helpful despite the late hour. our flight got cancelled and we booked very lat minute. they organised transport to the airport for the morning.

quite a long walk to the room, because the hotel is spread out. with the luggage trolley it was awkward to go through the many doors leading to our room, which was right at the end.

The location of the hotel and the standard of the breakfast. Some of the staff were very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The spa was very good and had comfortable beds around the indoor pool.

Parking fills up quickly but they do warn of this in their advertising. Personally would have enjoyed breakfast even more if a little higher quality sausages were on the menu, everything was cooked well and tasted great but a great sausage makes for a great breakfast!

Easy to find, room was a decent size, WiFi ok, nice hot shower, breakfast was OK.

The property needs a major redecorating. The room wasn't entirely clean, huge cobweb on thr bathroom light. Everything was adequate but not great. For £50 a night I expected a bit better.
