Lots to put you off if you expect a hotel: creaking floorboards, old fashioned windows, no telly. Expect a few flushing attempts on the toilet😄

Very loud room, it was like an engine was on for the whole time Room missing a few things like hangers and the plug game was a nightmare (no plugs next to the bed and only two in the whole room of which one wasn't working).

Price for hostel on the steep side. The Usb port above bed was broken, so I couldn't charge my phone. Not much room in the middle bunk, so I banged my head. Toilet not in close proximity. Probably wouldn't stay again.

We had an issue with a bug infestation in the utility room and therefore didn’t use the room for the whole stay which was a let down, leading to us leaving a day early. The access to the property was difficult and with a low car we struggled.

The room 909 on 9th floor is very badly put together; you got hair dryer but 3 pin & can't be used in bathroom as latter has 2 pin plugs only; no plugs near bed ; got iron board but again plug is back of tv! It had things but just to tick box! Fridge didnt have anything in it! No fan for summer time. Windows got no curtain but rather a wooden slider! 2 lifts of which one didn't work! So had to walk back about 10 floors to 9th floor as just couldn't get on that single working lift for 10mins! Stairs are in bad shape, smell & confusing as hell. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice
