The flat was very clean and the location easily accessible by public transport. All the facilities were excellent. There were plenty of clean towels and bedding. Parking space was available. Lovely outdoor space with decking at the rear with chairs and table.

The hotel is near to the town centre and easy to find. It is one of the few very modern buildings in the town. Although billed as a 'budget' room, the room was actually fairly large and the bathroom had a bath and shower combined.

It was rather on the pricey side. Although comparible with similar places on the island. The room looked out onto an industrial estate. (Not lakes and mountains!). The room was serviced daily and the packets of biscuits were a nice touch.

The front desk staff, especially Christian and Ohla were very helpful when we checked in and after a very long flight from Australia that morning we were allowed early check in. Thank you for their kindness and efficiency.

Everything- the hotel is very comfortable and has a swimming pool opening from 6 to 22 is a big plus!

Shuttle Bus between hotel and airport is unreliable. But that’s out of the control of the hotel.

Breakfast at £32 is bonkers expensive, I had an early lunch with wine for that. The piano bar has a piano but no one was playing it

A beautiful looking hotel in a lovely location.

The rooms provided were a lot smaller in real life than they looked in photos. We requested 2 rooms close to each other (one for us, one for our 2 teenagers), but we ended up on the 1st floor and our children on the 3rd floor. Parking was also very limited.
