  Great location, easy and safe walk to Waterloo train station or Southwark tube station. Anna who met me on arrival was really friendly and helpful. Exceptionally clean throughout and all room basics met. Easy to find thanks to helpful directions and lots of pre stay info was provided. It was surprisingly quiet despite being close to local amenities.

  Very comfortable and clean room with all amenities to cook meals yourself. Very well connected to the city centre: two train stations nearby at 10 minute walk, directly connected to the city centre for little. The projector with a massive screen makes for a very enjoyable movie or series watching experience after a long day walking in the city.

  The historic manor is a unique location. The massive garden is wonderfully kept and beautiful. The Apartment is absolutely special with among others ancient stone flooring, well-equipped and very big kitchen, very stylish bathroom and many more. Also, it is huge. A special thank you to the lovely hosts who were most helpful!

  The bed was comfortable and bathroom good but the carpet was filthy with black stains. I would have gone to reception to ask for another room but I was tired and because one lift was out of order (very annoying) it was taking several minutes plus to get the only other operating lift.

  Usually stay in b&b's but liked being able to open the door in the morning and letting the dog out. If u walked down the street u come out in the main road.
