  Lovely newly renovated property. Plenty of space, great facilities in the apartment. 1 minute walk to the sea front. Handy car park situated opposite £14 for 24hrs. It’s handy for jumping on the M6 & heading to Windermere or towards Lancaster which has a lot to offer.

  The location not to great, next to a noisy pub. Morecambe is unfortunately still very deprived in areas, it’s a shame as the buildings are beautiful. It just needs a huge injection on money. There are 4 flights of stairs to get in to this property.
