We were greeted by the manager who prompty asked if we have had a good journey and would we like a glass of prosecco and chill for spell whilst giving directions for our room and where to find the private car park. The Evening meal was superb and we were entertained by a "Magic Circle" Magician... SKY, he did some superb close up slight of hand alone with contemporary magical effects using his phone.

The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful. It did not matter who you saw, each member of the receptionist team went beyond the 'extra mile' to help out. The standard they set was incredibly high. Needless to say I have never experienced such superb service from any other hotel that I have stayed in.

The interior of the hotel is looking tired in places. Surprisingly difficult to get a pint of bitter, even at times a pint of Guinness. Stuck to the wine which was a safer bet.

For two days, we felt really spoiled, beautiful accommodation, very clean and so posh, amazing garden! Everything was perfect, making our weekend like a dream! We will definitely be back for a longer stay! Thank you, Ruth.

I didn't think it was 4 star, its OK, perfectly fine just maybe bit tired. Good bit out from Derry centre. Table lamps didn't work but changed room no problem.

Looking out of the window was a ledge that was covered in rubbish, old wooden crates & plastic that looked like it had been there a long time. This should be removed & some plants in pots out there instead to replace the eyesore that is there now. There was no one at reception at approx 17.30 last Fri. There was a small note to say to press a button but nothing obvious anywhere near the note I was later told the button was on what looked like a phone charger on the desk, however the button was not marked. I was told not to press it as it made a loud noise. What kind of reception is this? It should be manned continuously. Dinner menu was not very appealing & the bistro had no atmosphere, so 5 of us who were guests at the hotel ate elsewhere

Everything, the flat wasn’t the same I booked. the hot water in the shower to take a shower doesn’t work, there’s no stove for cooking, the heater doesn’t work and there’s no portable electric heater to use. They said they would change my flat but everything lies, I didn’t have any kind of support and from the beginning everything has been armed, it’s a scam, don’t rent.
