The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The house itself was clean enough and the beds were super comfortable and that’s what we needed really -a place to lay our heads after a wedding. The back garden is lovely though the patio is very uneven. The owner was responsive to messages and was happy for us to go into the house earlier than check in so we could leave our bags there and go to the wedding - that was very much appreciated.

Very old fashioned. The whole place needs upgrading. A little concerned that some of the electrical switches have signs on saying do not use. The water was cold and there were no instructions on how to get hot water -when you want a hot shower or wash in the morning this is not good. The dishwasher was very dirty and mouldy inside and it was smelly (we didn’t plan on using it but we opened it to see what it was like). There was no tea towel so we couldn’t dry our breakfast things and had to leave them on the drainer. There was only one bath towel left for us in the main bedroom and it was not very big (though I didn’t have a shower in the end as the water was cold).

Checkout time could be a bit more extended. That was only inconvenience we had. The suite rooms were amazing and staff jethin helped us to upgrade it on offer. We are staying again in the hotel and really appreciate the service.

have stayed here over ten times now. Ideal halfway point when driving back home to north Scotland, or driving south to the Midlands. Comfy rooms, hot shower. Easy walk to get something to eat or come from the car park

lack of car parking for the Days Inn close to it. Every years parking spaces get taken for electric cars or disabled vehicles. Means you cant have your vehicle close to the Inn. When its pouring with rain we get soaked

It was an ideal location with lovely walks including to Cromer. We loved hearing about all the animals and especially the cats! Breakfast was great too and was a perfect start to the day.

Disappointed with the "Runway View " room. Only the end 100yds visible and as flights were landing from the West nothing went past. (I know the hotel isn't responsible for with way the flights land] I have stayed many times and have never had such a disappointing view. The food wasn't as good as it used to be and hideously expensive.
