Hotel was easily accessible for our mountain biking trip with friends and the staff were really helpful with all our needs and was easy to get around and was very clean and tidy and we we're made very welcome

The location just a few minutes walk from a lovely walk along the RIver Thames was lovely. The village was picturesque and the grounds of the hotel were the best thing going for it.

Given the potential of the beautiful building and grounds, this feels like a budget no-frills hotel. The room was basic, the decor was faded and dated, the carpets were threadbare, and the room was poorly ventilated, with mould around the bathroom window. The price of the room was reasonable, given the location & the grounds, but it seemed like such a shame that this hotel seems poorly managed, or lacking investment.

Location was good. Room was clean and well appointed. While check in wasn’t until 3pm we were actually able to access our room on arrival at 11am which was extremely helpful.

The hotel is so close to the Hammersmith metro station. The traditional English breakfast was good. There were restaurants and pubs nearby.

The old building is lovely and the locality, close to Melbourne, has an English countryside relaxing feel. The room was cosy and clean.

Lovely house. Nice and quiet area. Clean, bright, airy and spacious.

No toilet brush in bathroom Hook on door to hang clothes would be handy on inside of the bathroom. Bed mattresses would be more comfortable with a mattress topper as you can feel springs. I communicated this and it was well received. Overall the place is beautiful. Also recommend Runcorn Hill for walks and picnic.
