The location was perfect - central to all amenities and on-street parking at the door. There was something for everyone right on our doorstep. The view from the living/kitchen area and balcony was perfect which was topped off with amazing weather. The soundproofing meant that we couldn't hear a single noise from the street outside or from the trains coming and going from the train station directly opposite. The whole apartment was spacious, well laid out and very clean with everything that you expect and need.

I visited with my husband and 4 adult children. The host split 2 of the doubles on request to make 4 single beds, which was perfect. The house was easy to find, had room for 2 cars on the drive and close to railway station, and local shops. The layout of the house suited us perfectly. The lounge was spacious and comfortable with an enormous sofa. One of my daughters said 4 of us could sprawl out without touching each other (a good thing!)

Instruction manual for coffee machine would have been wonderful, managed to figure it out by going on youtube though, so no bproblem in the end

Although there was nothing we didn’t like an idea came to mind of a folder that could be provided with local places of interest and eating places as sifting through all the leaflets to find local restaurants as looking at reviews online was time consuming … we did use leaflets for a few places that we visited

£12 for breakfast is costly considering not much to eat as a vegetarian maybe more choice like avocado, tomatoes, vegan sausages, oyster mushrooms 😋

This was booked as I had an employee working in the area. The poor lad had to call and call the number stood at the door waiting for a code to get in. When he eventually made it to the room it was completely untouched from the guests before! Unmade bed with dirty sheets, towels on the bathroom floor, dirty toilet and shower, food left in bags on the floor the lot! Absolute disgrace! After trying to contact the host he eventually called at 10:30pm and insisted on coming there and then to clean the room so at 11pm our colleague had the room cleaned without any offer of compensation by way of an apology. I understand that employees sometimes make mistake or let you down but surly you do pre checkin checks for the benefit of your guests and your reputation. It was our first and last time staying with you.
