Mairi is a wonderful host - very apologetic as the internet went down. It wasn’t her fault but she let us use her phone as a personal hotspot. The location next to Loch Kishorn and close to the Kishorn Seafood Bar is perfect. It’s a great stopover for the Applecross Pass. Comfy room and the bonus of a top floor lounge with views to die for. Breakfast was fantastic - fruit, porridge, home made bread.. a wonderful variety. She is a hard worker and deserves 5* all the way!! Thank you.

Beds were really comfortable, room appeared to have been recently decorated, everything in good order. Space in the room was adequate if a little compact. The room was quieter than expected considering the hotel was at the side of a busy road, the usual door banging on a morning, but not excessive. Decent breakfast, good hot and cold buffet alongside specials to order, nicely decorated dining room.

Loo hadn't been flushed from a previous use, otherwise the bathroom/room appeared to have been serviced, too tired and too late to raise as a problem. Car parking tight but useable. Self check-in is always a pain especially when you have to self generate room cards although bar staff did come and assist.

Great location and lovely spacious apartments, so much better than I had anticipated, I had booked 4 as was our annual girls weekend but could have probably had 3 as lots of beds, staff were so lovely and helpful especially John and Paul! Would definitely stay there again when next in liverpool.

I would only stay in a place like this if I don't have any other option... No toilet paper, only one bathroom for more than 12 people! not clean at all, no change of sheets from the previous guests. No kitchen... the host misstarted us and charged us 20 pounds for just arriving early. This place does not follow any decent room standard.. I seriously think this listing should be deleted!

The smell, filthy carpets, kitchen disgusting,garden overgrown, mould in one of the rooms, holes in the walls, dirty walls.
