Has to be the best hotel in Bournemouth! Super friendly staff, as near as you can get to a top class Med type hotel with heated outdoor pool and continental style poolside furniture Extremely clean A special shout out for the reception team who are incredibly helpful, and with a smile thrown in too!

Breakfast was excellent served by the very helpful and polite staff. Our room was comfortable and bright with an overview of the high street though this meant some noise late at night and early morning. Even so we spent a comfortable night and had a good sleep. We will be back !

I've stayed here twice before a few years ago. Love the location and convenience of the food and drinks on site, it's literally yards away from the shopping centre.

The room was very dark because of the decor and low lighting. A huge window but backing onto an alley. We were on 1st floor at the back. Of course, its a busy pub, we expected some noise but barrels being moved at 1am then again at 3.30/4am onwards bins being emptied etc made sleep impossible. Other bars adjoin this back area so possibly not Wetherspoons fault. The carpet was very hard and worn, indented.Thick dust on the mirrors, lamps, above the bed head. Very dry dusty atmosphere. It was a twin room and appeared not used much. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. Bedding appeared clean but my daughter was cold in the night despite turning heating on. No extra blankets. My bed had a large greasy lòoking unidentifiable stain on the side. I tried to run a bath but the banging and juddering of the pipes meant I abandoned this as it was fairly late in the evening and the noise would have woken adjoining rooms. The refreshments available in the rooms were ok though

The properties are very modern, bright and comfortable. The bathrooms are absolutely stunning which I think makes such a difference to an apartment.

One of our apartments had cushions on the floor as seating which wasn’t ideal for the group staying in it. However we did know this and booked last minute due to a cancelled booking elsewhere. We made it work and it really wasn’t that much of an issue at all.

Perfect in every way we felt as tho we was in an apartment abroad in Spain or somewhere hot was beautiful and clean very well looked after

The Kitchen could have been more fully equipped with more plates / glasses / serveware & chopping boards etc but we managed. Bathroom mirror would be good More bedside lamps But non of this hampered our enjoyment of this apartment

Cups/glasses had to be re-cleaned. When I booked through booking.com, I requested bed and breakfast. It turned out that breakfast was an extra cost
