Positive section of review
Location was excellent close to central station and the subway. There were lots of restaurants close by and with in walking distance to the square and shopping streets, staff were very polite and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and the windows were sound proof so no street noise could be heard while the window was closed.

The only thing i could mention could use an improvement is that the air con could automatically turn off at night if the room remained cool as the cold air was giving me a headache and it was slightly noisy. I had to turn off the air con and slightly open the window to ventilate the room a bit and allow some of the cold air out to be able to sleep, but apart from that an excellent stay.

The room was clean and air conditioned. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from West Drayton Station (Elisabeth Line). There is a vending machine in the lobby with free tea/coffee. Personel was very nice and informative.

The room was small, but that was okay since we only needed the bed inside. Bathroom however was very small and there was no trash bin inside. The reception was only open until 23:00, so we couldn't check in later and had to adjust our plans to that fact.

A well placed hotel, near the sea front but in a quiet pleasant location. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the facilities were good. An excellent breakfast and worth the extra payment.

The mattress was extremely soft and not to my liking and my single room was unfortunately adjacent to the lift shaft which was noisy when in use.

Lovely old old pub. The staff were lovely, nothing too much to ask. The location was great. Breakfast was good and they were flexible. Great view of the town but not noisy. would recommend

Took 2 hours to go through the check in procedure, after hours of comms to the team they sent the details by e mail 3 times - the email never arrived - they could not just copy the email into the chat for us to enter. I thought I had been scammed and in the end due to time constraints and appointments I had to book another hotel for the family as we were left on the side of the road in blackwall london - THe whole experience cost me more that £600 extra to put the family up in a nearby hotel = losing my booking and cost of the apartment which we never saw - customer service is poor and the check n process trusts no one ... never again .
