As a 1 night stay this hotel was in the perfect location to Queens Street Station, especially with the 24 hour reception and breakfast bar. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are like large spaceship pods with cool lighting and cleaver design. Very impressed by how accessible the bathroom was for those that needed it.

Overall this place felt like an expensive hostel, and would not recommend more than 1 night stay. One of my pillows had not been changed from the previous person, there was random screws half in the wall and the door was difficult to lock properly which didn’t make me feel safe as a solo female traveler! Where I was staying you could hear everything including the apartment above/next door and corridors. I think this place has potential but they need to invest in general tidy ups so you don’t finish your trip feeling a bit ripped off.

I thought the breakfast should have been included for the £110 per night we paid. The grounds were well kept with some nice well established trees .The birds singing in the morning through lovely old wooden pull up windows was good to hear.

Location.lot of nearby traffic noise, pollution.

Nice friendly owners. The breakfasts were lovely and very freshly cooked. Although costing a little extra, the secure on-site parking was great and the town centre was less than 10 minutes walk away.

Having to order breakfast the night before was a throwback to the 70s! And be prepared to be woken at 4.30 am by the planes directly overhead - though this would be the same wherever you stay in Windsor.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good central location, close to seafront and canoe lake. Stay to work on friends garden.

The set up for the pool my wife, was unable to access the pool far too many stairs to get down, paid a premium for the pool which we could not use together.

Breakfast was adequate for a continental

No mug/ cup in my room to have a hot drink in the morning, shower door did not have an inside handle only the 2 screws where it had been, so luckily was able to use these to get out! Overall hotel is looking tired and in need of some refurbishment especially in the upstairs corridors. Downstairs is better.
