We stayed at this hotel as a quick break not expecting too much & was pleasantly surprised. The staff at reception greeted us with a smile & was very helpful, I was on 4th floor my room was nice & clean with everything I needed, hot drinks, hairdryer, iron etc. We had a walk round the hotel & loved how quirky it was with all the history & pictures. Entertainment was good a lady called Wendy was singing all the old songs we love, so had to get up dancing! Will be coming back again. Thankyou

My only issue was when I booked this place I booked it with booking.com and their website said the room came with breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel they said no breakfast was booked. I pushed further, showing that it’s not possible to choose a room WITHOUT breakfast included. The man offered me a complimentary breakfast. But I think you might want to sort this problem out :)

Small bathroom...8 is too small bathroom. 14 was perfect...bed had not enough room to move between it and wall more a single bed room size..no room to move around with a double in there...no milk and spoon for coffee and tea facilities... And unfortunately when it rained... Three huge cracks above the ceiling on the balcony dripped as we sat outside..three hangers were in wardrobe...I would say it's a single room...not suitable for a double bed.......also room service for such a long stay..needed to be done...as there was no broom or hoover for guests to use.....oh and the bathroom light was not working .but fan came on...and you cannot lock the patio door .so next door could climb over and enter your room anytime...hotel staff said no key .it's ok..it's not ok..
