Last minute break, and it was a good choice staff were friendly and nothing was to much bother,Mo the barman and Helen the manageress were lovely, great area to visit hotel food was great breakfast was really good and plenty of it, we will return again.

Great value for a hotel located in quiet Chelsea. With a continental breakfast included, there's nothing more I could've wanted. Staff were also lovely and very helpful, highly recommend compared to equivalent price points in London!

Honestly don't want to say anything bad about this place but if I had to say anything; the internet on our TV worked on our first night but stopped on our second which could maybe annoy someone. It probably would've been fixed if we asked but it didn't matter much to us.

My husband and I stayed in room six, I know we had booked a standard room but the room was so small and the bed was against the wall. It was difficult to move around the room as there wasn’t any space. The bathroom sink was the smallest sink I have ever seen. It was impossible for my husband to shave in. When you brushed your teeth and wanted to rinse your mouth you hit your head on a glass shelf which was above the sink. The sink was very shallow and very small. I did expect my bed to be made and the bathroom cleaned each day but neither happened. We were only booked for two nights.

Being asked to pay a staff service charge on an already expensive stay leaves a sour taste. Yes it’s optional, but it is added to your bill and you are put on the spot, it is essentially pressure selling and it detracts from an otherwise outstanding experience.
