Great room, Sue the owner was fantastic and couldn't do enough. Our overall impression was that she wanted us to be happy and that nothing would have been too much trouble. We got caught in a storm and she even ran down to the car park where we were sheltering in our car to tell us to park outside our room so we wouldn't get wet! Can't fault the room, the garden was lovely. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Lovely quiet location - although a car is a necessity as pretty much everywhere was about 20 minutes away.

Not really a criticism but I feel it worth pointing out that the location is moderately remote - great if like us you want some peace and quiet but not so great if you want to be within walking distance of a pub.

Great location, close to station and amenities as well as walking distance from Kew Gardens and Richmond . Hosts were very knowledgeable about local area and helpful with tips for things to do and places to see. Extremely kind and friendly hosts, a lovely family home. Room was a good size with plenty of space and storage.

The customer service was faultless, Angie went above and beyond to help and reception staff were very helpful too. They accept dogs (I will be bringing mine next time as I missed him terribly) complimentary drinks, slippers and crisps were a lovely touch too, even if the crisps were only cheese and onion 😁

the communal toilets were awful, abused by feral people. the underground car park was very low and damaged the roof rack to the van.

Friendly staff, Although there was a cost for parking I was able to park prior to checking in as I had arrived earlier in the day. Great facilities in the room, with a small bottle of sherry to enjoy (no extra charge) along with coffee/tea (wide selection available) and fruit.

Checking in is a bit meh I would rather have a person behind a desk asking for my details. The glass door for the bathroom No music channels on the tv I found the lighting either too dark or too bright
