We liked the layout of the property, and the light which came through the windows and doors at both ends of the apartment. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped. It was a bonus to be able to sit outside on the patio. It was a very comfortable place to stay, enjoyable at all times of the day. It was very quiet there, which we greatly appreciated It was convenient for both the high street and the seafront. The patio plants were superb

Clearer instructions about the heating. A wonky hot tap in the bathroom needs attention. Hooks on the inside of bathroom door would be helpful. A dish cloth in the kitchen, and am extra tea towel would have been handy (we went out and bought one!) I didn't use the dishwasher because I couldn't locate any dishwasher tablets/powder

It was very spacious. The extra bathrooms were great. The en suite shower is fantastic. Kitchen is so big and plenty places sit to eat both in doors and outdoors. Garden was massive. A good place to explore if your mobility is ok. The squirrels wait on the back fence to be fed. They had brown bread and satsumas. The host was great. Communication was fantastic. Thank you.

Excellent location, just a stone's throw from Euston Station and all the nearby amenities. The room was good value given its central location and price and the bed was very comfy. Friendly staff were great.

The temperature of the shower couldn't be changed and it was boiling hot. As we were only staying the one night, we didn't give the hotel the opportunity to put this right. Although the room intially looked very clean, on closer inspection I found a cherry stalk and what looked like a toenail clipping on the floor, so the vacuuming left a little to be desired.

View from room onto beach was amazing. Location was excellent for bars and restaurants around the bay. 10 minutes from airport in a taxis. Lunch at the bar really nice. Staff all friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect! I had an early flight and it was a very short drive. The bar food was amazing as well! The lobby was very nice.

The room could use some upgrading. The tv remote didn't work, the carpet definitely needs to be changed as it's got old stains they've tried to clean but couldn't. The art piece still had a price tag on it. And the shower didn't work! I was hoping to go wash my hair but kinda hard without a shower. The halls & lobby are super nice but the room needs more love for sure

Communal area was very poor, unclean and not welcoming. Flat had not been cleaned. Hairs in beds and bath, beds looked liked they had been slept in. Throw in living room stained. Fittings falling off the wall. Sent text to host but got a very rude and personally insulting reply over 3 text messages. Didn't stay requested a refund and was refused reply is the screenshot below. This was a surprise break for a birthday treat and turned out to be totally disappointing when you work hard for your money and choose to spend it on this place and then get insulted - customer service at its very worse.
