Great location - very close to the main square and a short pleasant walk to the lake. Parking space available. Apartment had everything we needed. The drinks station was a nice touch, as it meant we could enjoy a cup of tea and a biscuit as soon as we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. The extension lead in the twin room was a thoughtful addition. The shower was hot and there was a useful shelf inside for toiletries. The coat hooks by the front door were really useful.

Parking space was rather tight, but we managed. However, if we’d come in my partner’s estate car, it wouldn’t have fitted. We found the written directions to the gate of the property from the car park confusing. Perhaps a small diagram would help. The lack of any shelving in the bathroom was annoying. Trying to balance all my contact lens solutions etc on the hand basin was difficult.

location is perfect, center of Manchester, close to cafes, grocery stores (one of them actually open 24 hours); children's playground close by, within a very short walking distance from the train station;

the room did not have any windows and it felt kind of strange; the noise in the hallways was very loud in the room; the bed was very uncomfortable and it made noise when I turned from one side to another;

The wrong room type was allocated on arrival (double instead of a twin), though this was rectified and compensated for we had to wait an hour and a half before it was ready.

Had a lovely stay, although found baby bottle under sofa, cobwebs, two chipped mugs and didn't realise how small court yard would be. Neighbours dogs barked all night or howled every night 😞
