Imogen and Cem went the extra mile for us from the moment we made an enquiry about booking. The apartment is in the basement but is accessible with a small lift which is perfect for older members of our group. I liked the private patio area and the beds were so comfortable - with a well equipped kitchen and a fantastic shower. A home away from home in one of the best locations in London. I cannot thank you enough for delivering non feather duvets and pillows. This was something we should have checked in advance due to allergies, but Imogen could not have been nicer and Cem delivered brand new products right away. Imogen was also so sweet and text is throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. This was so appreciated. We felt very looked after!

Breakfast was good, and served with smiles! The hotel is nicely situated, close to public transport, the coastal path and the beach. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I booked a single room, in mid May. It had a slightly worn out appearance, but the bedding and towels were immaculately clean. Unfortunately, it was unbearably hot, despite the permanently open windows. However, I commend the hotel for supplying a fan, which, when I had adjusted position and direction of the airflow, improved the situation enormously.

Nice location - just a few minutes walk from Aldgate East Hammersmith and City line subway. The property is having a roof top with the best view of business district.

At breakfast missing items. No menu on table then no milk for cornflakes then no teaspoon for tea. Asked for soft egg waitress asked what is a soft egg. But once settled we enjoyed the food.
