The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was beautifully furnished and well laid out in a really unique setting overlooking the sea. There was private underground parking. Matt kept me fully updated with instructions on how to access the property and collect the keys. He answered any queries I had promptly. We only wish we had booked more than one night as we really would have liked to stay longer - unfortunately we had a flight to catch the next day so it wasn't possible.

The property was spacious and very modern, everything was tidy and clean, open plan kitchen and dining area was perfect for family. It was nice to have garden (patio). Location was great too, 2 min away was train station, or 20 min away underground. Everything else perfect, I recommend this apartment.

There was only one big towel per person, better will be more towels for face, hair and body if you stay more days. Need more blankets, if you are traveling with friends, should be good one blanket per person. In kitchen need more drinking glass, there wasn't enough.

Staff were amazing, room on the small side but served its purpose. Location brilliant. Was no parking available at property when we arrived however staff very helpful & gave us several local options, we parked 5 minutes walk away, it was £15 for 24hrs

The property is close to the Victoria Station and is very convenient for getting to places in London.

The reception was at the Sheriff Hotel next door instead of the Grapevine (no reception) and was not informed. The staff was unfriendly, and the room was terrible. I stayed in a single room, and they had to repair my bathroom on my first day. However, it didn't get fix, water kept flowing from my bathroom. The hairdryer was not working too. The ceiling fan was about to fall and making very loud noise like it’s going to fall; no one came to clean the room and the towel was not changed at all. I stayed there for four days.

!!WARNING!! The „Double Room“ should be called FRAUD! After a very inconvenient check-in in the doorway at the next-door house, we were sent “downstairs”. A CELLAR ROOM!! Approx. 9 sqm. A “bed” – in real a MDF plank with a mattress on top – with just very small space around. No cabinet or a shelf for clothes. To open the suitcase, you have to put it every time on the bed. No worries about heating – bad isolated heating pipes are directly over your head, always on! The “window” – 50 x 60 cm – starts at a height of approx. 150cm. No shelf or board in the bathroom too. The security exit there – locked! The check-in assistant said “everything is written in the email”, but – unsurprisingly – can’t present the email to proof it. After complaining, she offered a phone call to the “owner” over loudspeaker in front of the house! The so-called owner “Preet” teached us that the room is “a Victorian house lower level”. “Because of booking.com, it is not possible/allowed to give a reduction.” After 30 years of traveling, the worst accommodation and experience ever! !!DO NOT BOOK!!
