Location superb - short walk from airport exit. I like Ibis because you know what to expect - cleanliness, comfort. Staff helpful. Checkin, checkout speedy and efficient. Breakfast well worth it.

Great location right in the centre of Lynhurst but the room was so quiet. Parking was at the back of the hotel and easy to get too and free Breakfast was delicious lots of choice

We really enjoyed our stay at The Park Hotel. Hotel has a lovely view of the sea which we could view from our room. Our meals were plentiful, enjoyable and good value for money.

We had a lot of luggage which we had to drag up almost 60 stairs to our bedroom as the lift was out of action in the time we stayed there.

Some parts of the house are very nice like the kitchen and bathhroom. Cleaning was not up to standards, very dirty under beds and on the side of the couch.

Cleaning and scratches take it down a bit but, to be fair, they allow dogs and I think that is rare. Did not like the written statement about neighbor keeping eyes on our electrical usuage - that was creepy. And they have their lights on all night in backyard so why go after the guests just because someone once used a lot of electricity? How do they even know that? Can you imagine if a hotel told you the maids would be watching your electrical consumption because someone once used too much. Also did not like the ffact that they sent me a note on the morning before checkout saying if we were even one minute late they would charge us for an extra day. I ran an airbnb for years and never wrote such rude messages. I always tried to accommodate my guests. It's called service and hospitality.
