The staff succeeded in making our stay truly memorable.Special thanks to Budi and Juni in the bar / restaurant where we spent a good deal of time savouring the cuisine and admiring the pool views and the paddyfields beyond. Breakfast was excellent with a great deal of choice of local and international cuisines with unlimited coffee if you had room for it. Evening meals at sunset were a must with background music from the Ghekos enhancing the experience. We took advantage of the amazing pool area that came with instant waiter service and also benefited from excellent massage treatments on offer at the adjacent spa. Trips out to Ubud and the abundance of waterfalls, paddy fields nearby were easy with the hotel arranging drivers at a moments notice. There was also a free shuttle bus which ran a number of times during the day to the sister hotel in the heart of Ubud.”
