The hosts Iain and Anna were very welcoming and nothing to help was too much trouble. The bedroom was very clean when we arrived and the breakfast room was very clean, we never requested room service. Only a continental type breakfast was available but this proved more than sufficient for our needs.

Hard to fault but perhaps parking cars in the nearby streets might be problematic in some cases? That said this was no problem for us and we were able to easily find safe and near parking on each of our 3 night stay

Secure parking. Property well located for access to town centre by foot or car. Property overlooks a park with trees and a green space. Deluxe studio apartment was spacious, warm and very well equipped.

The mattress on the bed was a little too soft for us and would have preferred it to have been more supportive for our tastes.

The area was as to be expected, being near a city centre. There seemed to be a lot of people hanging around outside of the property, but it felt safe and secure inside of the building. The security was excellent. Overall, it is a pleasant stay and great value for money. Would stay again.

The room wasn’t ready when I arrived at 7.45pm The bed linen was dirty, smelly and stained The room felt dirty and smelt strongly of food The towels were taken as stained and replaced with two small hand towels so no good to shower with The garden view was a disused shed and overgrown weeds… the security light was on and off all night.. The washing up sponge was past it’s best The noise!! Went on till well into the early hours and started at again at 6.15am! Banging and clattering around with no regard to anyone else sleeping - not sure if it was owners or guests Had I not arrived so late, I’d have left immediately and looked for elsewhere

Breakfast was said to be continental and wasn’t just cereals placed in corridor to room

Balcony was dirty and you had to duck your head to get out on to balcony from a window no other occupants in the place as building work was getting done
