Wonderful and spacious accommodation. Very lovingly furnished! Sharon and Kev are extremely lovely and friendly hosts 😊 The flat has everything you need, a large living room with wood burner, a kitchen with everything you need and a large bedroom upstairs. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back 😊 It was wonderful!

Easy to check in. Our room was ready even though we arrived a little early. Any staff we passed were very pleasant and friendly. Our room was the vip suite and it was amazing. So spacious and comfortable with lots to see out of the many windows.

We had a great stay at the peaceful and scenic Whitehill Stables. The property was very well presented with brand new fixtures and fittings and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook each night. Parking right outside was huge help too.

The outside space was great, it was clean. Had everything you needed, loads of tea, coffee and and nice coffee machine.

Problem with the side of the bed as it was tilted so it felt like I was falling out of it. I believe the obscure bathroom door has been fitted around the wrong way as you could not see out from the bathroom, but could see through it from the bedroom!

There was no warm/hot water, no toilet paper. The apartment was freezing (cca 10-12 degrees C) and there was no heating (boiler not working, hence no warm water either). TV remote not working - no batteries. Host completely unresponsive to our messages about all that. Calls not answered. SMS to a British number ditto. Supposedly free parking on September St - signs everywhere that it's only for residents with permits. We moved out after one night because it was really too cold and we couldn't even take a shower, except a cold one in a very cold bathroom. Not to mention mold and rust in there.. No mirror, but that's minor. Sent the host a message about our moving out - no response. But he/she did send a reminder the next day that we have to check out by 11. Via the Booking app and via sms from an US (+1) number. When we were no longer there. As far as I know Booking had no better luck contacting him/her about our complaints.
