Very trendily renovated hotel with great views, stylish and extremely comfortable. We liked the design of the rooms and the decor. Brilliant location right in the centre of Liverpool. Staff are informal and funny.

No problem if you arrive by train or taxi but there is no drop off space in front of the hotel for private cars. The closest car park is St John’s but it is impossible to find the entrance without local knowledge. We parked 10 minutes away. The hotel did not provide any helpful information about this.

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. The place was clean and easy to find. The location is perfect. Communal area is fantastic and makes you feel like you're in a home. Highly recommend this place.

I booked this apartment as it was advertised as being convenient for Terminal 3. This couldn’t be further from the truth. I had a car and asked if I should drop my car at the parking I’d booked or keep it until the morning. I had my 80 year old mother with me. They didn’t respond to this question until very late in the evening so I had to drop my car as we left so early the next morning. If I had known how far from the terminal the apartment was, I would have kept the car as it was a taxi drive away. Not convenient at all and cost additional money. It was also really noisy so no sleep!!
