The location was perfect. It was a walking distance from the city center and the view of the canal was very calming and beautiful with its ducks and kayaks. The whole place was gated which made me feel safe. I was looked after very well, everything was fine. The host was so lovey and attentive. He took really good care of me. The house was very clean and lovely decorated.

A fantastic clean, comfortable & friendly place to stay. Location was great for us with safe & easy parking. Daily breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfy. Fantastic shower with boutique toiletries. We can totally recommend staying here.

Beautiful industrial chic apartment. Bare brick walls. Great use of huge space using mezanine floor for bedrooms. Close to seafront. Cleaners found us a hairdryer as it was missing.

For a ground floor apartment you have to climb stairs to bedrooms which is ok for us as we are mobile Couple of cobwebs near window. The flat above has flooded into this apartments single bedroom so ceiling and wall badly damaged and ceiling so low only enough room for a child. Fire place very dusty.

Size- really spacious and with good parking. Quiet and lovely location. Hot tub and added bonus.

Outside of the property was very tired/scruffy. Outdoor furniture dirty, cushions stained. Bins overflowing - evidence of huge alcohol consumption by previous guests! Couldn’t recycle as requested as nowhere to put rubbish! Indoors also tired and worn. Dishwasher not working well, was filthy inside (we actually cleaned the filters!) all crockery and cutlery needed washing before use. Flooring worn throughout, windows dirty, clearly not had a thorough clean for some time. Couldn’t leave linen in bags ready to wash as there were no bags. Could be a really outstanding property but all felt very much unloved. No kitchen basics supplied either - even a couple of teabags and a pint of milk would have been nice.
