The Chapel and the location were stunning. The views from the balcony were incredible. It's a fabulous place to stay for exploring North Wales. There is a great pub 5 minutes walk from the Chapel which has good food and good beer. We were able to do walks without driving anywhere else. The Chapel is a beautiful building very carefully and sensitively restored. I would love to revisit this place.

Our room was clean and comfortable, full English breakfast was substantial and location was ideal - great sea views, withing walking distance to the beach, town, bus and train station.

To be honest nothing, the room wasn't that pleasing. There's no privacy, there was another door in the room which leads to the next door.

2/4 elevators were broken. The rooms were not cleaned properly. The bar was taking last calls from 21:30 very early in my opinion and some of the staff were not very joyful.

Lift was frightening. Rooms were dated. Parking was not available. We asked for an evening meal but were refused and then same again for breakfast. Staff were terse.
