Shirley was an excellent host who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was incredible, with a terrace perfect for enjoying the sun. Located in a beautiful village with lots to do in the area, and space to relax, this was the perfect getaway to reset and celebrate a birthday. The breakfast was delicious and we were both delighted with the stay. Hoping to come back again!

The location was great, as we were right near the beach. The room was a decent size with much room to move around. The breakfast was good, but not the greatest. Overall not bad for what you pay for.

I have a lot to say here, so will bullet point it all down; - Damp in the bathroom, with the ceiling flaking off when we were using it. - Bathroom was not cleaned properly, as we found used contacts in corners that were there from the previous people - Rooms are not soundproof; we had to endure babies crying, loud music, banging of doors and could hear actual conversations through the walls - Breakfast was ok; the fresh fruit was not freshly cut and smelt off so I couldn't eat it. You can only order 1 thing off their menu, and they only have bread or 2 x cereals out for everyone to have. - The hotel reception staff were ok; one lady was so hard to understand and spoke so fast when checking in. When asking her questions about parking, I got weird looks like I was asking something silly. - Parking - located a small walk away from the hotel, in some random car park. You can't rock up, you will need to ring to find out your bay number before parking too. We ended up parking on the curved part of the wall, which was not ideal and then ended up with a scratched car when checking out.

Very good communication with the host, comfortable beds and nice caravan overall. Also, the location is very convenient within the Seal Bay Resort.

We just missed having a mat near the shower to avoid leaving the bathroom floor wet after the shower, and washing up liquid in the kitchen. It could be helpful if they provided towels too. But nothing that compromised our staying.

No warning that there was a Disco, which spilled into the garden just below my window. Having paid £185.00 for a good nights sleep between travelling days this was very disappointing. Extremely disappointed that neither the night watchman or reception answered my phone calls between 11pm and 11.15pm when I wanted to enquire about the expected finish time (which turned out to be 11.45pm) Guests should be given the choice of staying if the volume of music makes sleep impossible.

Place was dirty police were called to the hotel all the food was wrapped in clingfilm fan was so noisy could not sleep bed was rock hard the whole place was horrible definitely not worth the money I would like a refund as my son had to check out this was a gift from me and very disappointed
