Our room was beautiful over looking the grounds. It was luxurious and clean. The hotel is beautiful and the style throughout was lovely to look at. Outside, the grounds and park make for a lovely walk especially of an evening.

We were disappointed by the food in the garden restaurant, some of the foods didn't compliment each other and therefore had an effect on the taste although they looked beautiful they lacked in taste and for the money you pay we was expecting more. Staff were very helpful but need to smile more most of the staff looked miserable, only the outside barstaff gave of a lovely smile and that made you feel welcome.

Kitchen was supposed to open at 9 for breakfast, but opened 9.15 one day and 9 the other days. Nothing was prepared like juice, fruit and bread, and to it took 45-60 minutes to get your breakfast serves.

The room was dated needs redecorating and the bathroom suit was old and needs replacing They put two single beds in the room which wasn't what we wanted The food is expensive and rubbish £16.50 for an Iceland pizza

Over charged and Over heard staff talking about us as breakfast was ment to be 18.50 each and turned out I had to pay 57 odd pounds she was very rude also was ment to have birthday stuff in room which wasn't done and the food was rotten
