I thought the choice on the breakfast menu very good all was cooked to order.I enjoyed the yogurt topped with fruit and cereal to start with and the pastries were lovely and fresh. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay . As we come by train to Broadstairs the hotel is an ideal location for us it is central to restaurants pubs the beach and lovely coastal walks All the staff in the hotel are excellent .

The evening meals need to improve we were not happy with our meal not the staffs fault we spoke to the manager he was as helpful as he could be. Maybe Shepherd-enamel need to change their supplier.

Lovely location, access to parking. Clean a well presented property. Very good sized rooms and great facilities. Guido and Maria are great hosts, friendly, helpful and jovial.

Lovely size double room with own bathroom, the pool, sauna and steam room was clean the pool was not cold would highly recommend and will go again staff was friendly

Fire alarm woke us up in our room then it turned off after 20 seconds in the middle of the night!

The location was like a council estate with whinging screaming kids and barking dogs. No view except for other tin sheds, awful, came home the next day.
