Very easy to find. Room was very good with a Castle view. Breakfast was spot on. Very professional and friendly staff who were always available to help if required. Free parking was a plus. Will be coming back.

Great location, everything in Bath within short walking distance. Fantastic breakfast. Cleanliness and facilities were decent overall.

Room wasn't ready for check-in, however drinks vouchers were provided whilst we waited. Housekeeping didn't turn up whilst we were there so we ran out of complimentary coffee/milk/water in the room, but more importantly also toilet roll(!). The shower needs a deep clean as it was covered in black mold. Carpet in the room stained. Expensive parking.

Lovely historic hotel in great town centre location. Very comfortable beds with nice bed linen. Great staff

The breakfasts were OK, could've been better eg nicer bread for toast & with the eggs benedict. Both scrambled & poached eggs were overcooked on different days. The evening meal ribeye steak was very disappointing, the thinnest ribeye grey & flabby. At both lunchtimes there was a very strong smell of fish in the front lounge area, so bad that we were unable to sit there.

DO NOT BOOK APPALLING -Location hard to find unless you watch a video. located on a construction site and Men were working in the tunnel as I got to the first door no view from window due to scaffolding and do not open the windows due to work men shouting . they take Damages deposit from you but then when you get in the paint is peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, the front door has a gap as it doesn't fit correctly, most of the plug sockets do not work, Marks on the walls and chips missing out of some of the door. I was down for work and WIFI is mentioned but none provided. No fire Escape procedure. I took pictures as soon as I got there because the deposit of £250.00 was taken from my account, complained to Customer services, they only have one woman working from home as their customer services and she was unhelpful, asked to speak to a manager 3 times was told the manager does not speak to the public. beware they do not complete legionella checks either, went in there water had not been ran in a long time as there was air in the system and it was same in the shower so that is a health risk. eventually spoke to the Manager after 7 phone calls and she was rude and basically called me "Stupid". Not happy with the service at all. would not give me or should I say the company a refund because apparently it is acceptable to let people stay in inadequate facilities. complete and utter con. avoid like the plague.
