Amazing loft, very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s very difficult to find properties in London for this price, and definitely not in central London. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to central London and it is a great choice for accommodation if you are looking to visit London. Balham is a very pretty place with lots of coffee shops and supermarkets. Andy is amazing and was very helpful with any questions or requests that we had, he even ordered some EU wall plug adaptors for us. The place also has great WiFi. The beds are very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend choosing this place.

Nothing really, maybe just keep in mind that if you’re visiting in the cold months, the place is very big and takes some time to heat up, so the first night might be a bit on the chilly side.

Absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t know. I paid drove all the way to the accomodation and messaged the host for check in details. Arrived and still had no check in details. Called for hours and still no check in details. Then I get a message from them ignoring my 30 missed calls and messages asking me to please check out before 10:30 or they’ll charge me 25% extra for my stay haha So had to pay again to stay somewhere else Avoid. They advertise as English it’s not an English number you contact for check in details

The location and building were amazing. The interior of the hotel was spot on from what you saw online.

There was hidden charges everywhere. £30 to use the pool and spa (off peak) £5 -£10 supplements at breakfast. £50 to open a tab at the bar / restaurant. (I was not made aware of this at the time and they transfer it back once the invoice is paid , I was told its 3 to 4 weeks wait). Ordered steak in the restaurant it still had the plastic rapping on the garlic butter which tells me the food is frozen not fresh . (The manager did rectify the problem)Eggs were undercooked at breakfast with eggs benedict which was served with ham from a packet. When I ordered a black coffee it came with milk already added. I stayed in room 36 which was fine for 1 person for 1 night but it being quite close to the street it was a bit noisy , and the bathroom door banged quite loud when it closed itself.

Hotel provides a free cot for baby, and confirmed this before our stay so we didn’t need to bring one. The cot provided in our room was broken (the sides didn’t stay up), there was a blood stain on the cot mattress, and no fitted sheet (only fitted sheets are allowed for babies for safety reasons). Asked for another cot, this time the cot arrived with a base for another, smaller cot, so there were gaps around all the sides, which would be dangerous, and again no fitted sheets. I appreciate that they provide a cot but if the cot is not fit for purpose then they should not offer this. It meant we had no safe sleeping space for our baby and no one was able to rest. We complained to reception but they did not seem to care.

There was no sugar free cereal available, no fresh fruit available, the water for tea was not hot enough,, there was no yoghurt (even though it was on the menu) the food wasn't hot.
