The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We received a warm welcome and the food was great. The room was as good as we expected for the price (£55). The breakfast was continental - but plenty available, and included in the room rate! It was a convenient stop over on our journey. This place has so much potential for the future!

The bathroom was very small. The sink too small for my husband to have a shave. Next time we would book a bigger room The curtains were too light so was awake really early as they were too light and didn't stop any light

Location was good, near the front. Building was beautiful inside. Staff were helpful. Room was a very good size.

Couldn't sleep well as pillow was too high, so couldn't use plus the bed was quite hard. Also a dripping tap in the bathroom, which couldn't be stopped.

I was charged over £300 for my booking due to there being a stain on the carpet when we had left, I know 100% it was not us and the stain was there before we came in. The sheets were dirty and it was as if someone had already been in the room. There was dirty drinking glasses outside our room too.
