The Hotel Owners, Emma and Euan, and the staff are lovely, and very welcoming! The room was nicely fitted and very comfortable. The food in Heggies Restaurant (in the hotel) was delicious!

location was easy to find and get to via bus, though it did feel a bit dodgy when I arrived at 9pm in the dark people staying there seemed riendly

It was boiling hot and the tiny usb powered fan just pushed the hot air around even though I told them I was travelling with a pet they put me in a top pod so I had to climb a ladder whilst holding at 16kg dog to get into the pod felt like I was in an MDF coffin

Good location, parking and good for a bus into Bath, as parking in bath is expensive and difficult.
