  We had a fairly mediocre meal , the staff were all very nice. The sleeping room was terrible and my bed had a plastic sheet under the bottom sheet.... I didn't dare look any further than that so therefore the room was very very basic and didn't feel clean .

  Chose this based on the photos, with the expectation that reality would be disappointing. The opposite was the case! Impeccable, large room, stylish interior and bathroom, very clean, friendly staff. Extremely satisfying stay!

  There was a small issue with the drain in our shower, but once we had notified the front desk it was instantly sorted for us. Everything else was flawless.

  Location was easy to get to and quite near to deansgate amd wharf area. Kitchen area was big with cupboards and fridge space

  Location itself is quite run down no street parking without a permit Smoke or CO alarms went off several times throughout the night Main door was left unlocked so anybody could walk in Bedroom was small, basic and not very clean A bag of personal belongings was left behind. We tried contacting the owner to retrieve it and gave a date when we would be back. The owners would not answer the phone and did not give us back our belongings and would not post them back to us.
