The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

+ We got a complimentary room upgrade. + Breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. We were travelling with some family members and could sit together every morning, despite a quite fully booked house. + Situation of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. + Service for in-room dining was quick and very friendly.

- On arrival we asked for assistance at the concierge with an event booking. Unfortunately we got a very unsatisfying and unpleasant reply, delivered in a rather impolite way. Basically he was telling us to help ourselves. Luckily, on our last day, we encountered a very nice and friendly (female) concierge who easily made up for her bugged colleague. - One of the lights in our room wasn't working. But since there were enough other lights, this was only a minor fault.

I highly recommend this flat! A very nice, clean and modern flat. The facilities were excellent, exactly what I needed for a short stay. The kitchen had pretty much everything I needed, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer...

It was only a minor issue for me, but the nearby business's aircon unit kept going on and off 24/7. I can only imagine that during the summertime, with the windows open, some may be irritated by the noise. It's fairly near a busy road too...

Delightful, quiet country location close to Ballycastle and attractions of the stunning Causeway Coast. Warmly welcomed by Martin. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very easy & stress free visit. Car park included and at the front of the property. Tram stop right opposite. Very comfortable & very clean.

Very cosy and we received a beautiful hamper upon arrival. Great communication from the hosts.

A few rather large spiders were hidden in the corners and the sofa bed has probably had its day. Would be better if the cafe was open.

Good freshly prepared breakfast, quiet, secluded location, ample parking.

The rooms are very thinly soundproof. It is probably a construction worker's hotel for the nearby Glenmorangie distillery. So some doors slam quite early. But that's no particular reason to complain.

Great location. Great view. Staff was friendly and responsive.

Parking was available but not for all guests. So, you are pitted against your fellow travelers trying to get a spot before they do on a dangerous part of the road. One person parked perpendicular over at least 2 spots and was towed to make way for other guests. I'm sorry to think of their inconvenience, however, am in full support and appreciation for how such an ignorant and selfish act was handled by management.

breakfast was basic, apart from that did not like anything

very dated, would benifit enormously from a good clean and refurbishment, 8pm and there was grown men in two works vans smoking weed and generally making a noise and laughing, this went on until 11:30pm, no one said anything to them, not ideal when you are working and want to sleep. Will not be back, place is a mess like a through back to the 60`s/70`s
